摘 要: | 目的 探讨诱导型和内皮型一氧化氮舍酶在膀胱移行上皮细胞癌(TECC)中的表达及意义。方法 通过免疫组化方法对诱导型和内皮型一氧化氮合酶在51例TECC和9例正常膀胱黏膜中的表达进行检测,探讨其在TECC中表达的意义及与TECC分级、分期等的关系。结果 诱导型在多数TECC肿瘤细胞及部分炎性细胞和成纤维细胞有表达而正常移行上皮细胞不表达,诱导型在G。组的表达高于G2、G3组(P〈0.05);诱导型在不同年龄、性别、分期、初复发组间的表达无显著性差异。内皮型在多数肿瘤细胞、肿瘤和正常组织的血管内皮细胞有表达,正常移行上皮细胞不表达。内皮型在不同年龄、性别、分级、分期、初复发组间的表达无显著性差异。结论 诱导型和内皮型产生的NO在TECC生长中发挥作用,诱导型的表达与TECC分级有关,诱导型存在于炎性细胞中提示NO与机体肿瘤免疫有关。内皮型的表达与肿瘤血管的形成有关。

Expression and significance of iNOS and eNOS in bladder carcinoma |

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression and significance of iNOS and eNOS in transitional epithelium cell carcinoma(TECC) of bladder.Methods The expression of iNOS and eNOS in 51 cases of TECC and 9 cases of normal bladder mucosa was detected by immunohistochemistry,and then the expression differences in TECC and their relation with TECC classification and staging were analyzed.Results iNOS was expressed in the most of tumor cells,parts of inflammatory cell and fibroblast,but was not expressed in the normal transitional epithelium cell.The expression of iNOS was higher in G 1 group than those in G 2 and G 3 groups (P<0.05).There was no significant difference of the iNOS expression among TECC groups with different tumor stage,age,sex and recurrence.The expression of eNOS was also found in the most of tumor cell,the endothelial cell of blood vessel in tumor and normal bladder tissue,but was not expressed in the normal TECC.There was no significant difference of the eNOS expression among TECC groups of different tumor grades,stages,age,sex and recurrence. Conclusion NO produced by both iNOS and eNOS plays an important role in the growth of TECC.The expression of iNOS is correlated with TECC grades.The presence of iNO in inflammatory cells suggests that NO is related with tumor immunology.The expression of eNOS is related to the formation of tumor blood vessels. |
