摘    要:目的探讨临床护理路径在人工全膝关节置换术患者围手术期的应用效果。方法将40例行人工全膝关节置换术的患者随机分成对照组和实验组,每组20例,对照组采用传统的常规护理,而实验组则采用临床护理路径护理,并对两组的护理效果进行比较。结果实验组在住院时间、医疗费用和并发症发生率均低于对照组(P〈0.05),而健康教育知晓率及患者满意度均高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论临床护理路径应用于人工全膝关节置换术患者中,能有效地提高护理质量,促进患者早日康复。

Abstract:Objective To study the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in total knee arthroplasty during perioperative period. Methods 40 cases of total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into control and experimental group (20 cases for each group).The routine nursing care was taken in control group, while the clinical nursing pathway was implemented in experimental group, the nursing case of the two groups were compared. Results The hospitalization time, medical cost and incidence of complications were lower in experimental group than those in control group (P< 0.05); while the health knowledge awareness and satisfaction of patients were higher and better in observation group than those in control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway can effectively improve the nursing quality and promote the early recovery of patients.
