| 摘 要： | 目的：了解海洛因依赖者的心理健康状况。方法：采用抑郁自评量表（self rating depression scale，SDS）、焦虑自评量表（selfrating anxiety scale，SAS）、症状自评量表（symptom checklist90，SCL-90）对69名在我院精神卫生中心美沙酮维持治疗（methadone maintenance treatment，MMT）的海洛因依赖住院患者进行调查分析。结果：海洛因依赖者MMT治疗前SDS、SAS和SCL-90各因子分、阳性项目均分及总分均非常显著地高于常模（P〈0．01），MMT治疗后与治疗前上述各项比较具有显著差异（P〈0．05），但SDS、SAS、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、阳性项目均分仍非常显著地高于常模（P〈0．01）。结论：海洛因依赖者MMT治疗具有一定效果，但海洛因依赖者的心理健康问题较正常人群明显严重，在MMT过程中，应加强社会心理干预。
