| 摘 要： | 目的观察消风散治疗小儿丘疹性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法将67例患儿随机分为2组，治疗组35例，以消风散加减方治疗；对照组32例，以口服赛庚啶、外用炉甘石洗剂治疗。2组均治疗3天为1疗程，1疔程后评定疗效。结果总有效率治疗组为88．6％，对照组为65．6％，2组比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论消风散加减方治疗小儿丘疹性荨麻疹疗效较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the treatment of modified Xiao Feng San to papular urticaria in children. Methods 67 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 35 cases of treatment group with the treatment of modified Xiao Feng San; 32 patients of control group with oral cyproheptadine, topical calamine lotion treatment. 2 groups were treated for 3 days for a course of treatment, and an evaluation of the effect after treatment. Results The total effective of treatment group was 88.6%, 65.6% of the control group, the difference of 2 group was significant ( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusions Treatment of modified Xiao Feng San had a better treatment of papular urticaria in children. |
