| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胸内髓外造血组织增生(EMH)的CT表现,提高其正确诊断率。方法:回顾性分析5例EMH的胸部CT资料,分析病变的特点。结果:胸内EMH的CT表现为两侧脊柱旁沟、肋骨旁对称或不对称分布的稍高密度软组织肿块影,病变边缘光滑,密度均匀,相邻椎体骨小梁增粗,肋骨膨大、髓腔增宽,皮质变薄。增强扫描明显均匀强化。结论:胸内EMH具有特征性的CT表现,结合病史可作出正确诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the CT characteristic of extramedullary hematopoiesis(EMH) in chest,and to improve the accuracy of the diagnosis.Methods:CT findings of 5 cases of EMH in chest were analysed retrospectively.Results:CT findings of EMH in chest on plain CT scanning were appeared with masses near thoracic vertebral or ribs,the masses with smooth edges and equal density.The thoracic vertebral nearby was shown with thick trabecula,and the ribs were shown with large figure,wide marrow cavity and thin cortical.O... |
