瑞丽市美沙酮门诊患者的人口学特征及服药剂量对脱失率的影响

目的：探讨瑞丽市美沙酮维持治疗门诊受治者的人口学特征及服药剂量对脱失率的影响。方法：采用回顾性分析方法，收集2005年入组的服药人员的人口学特征、美沙酮使用剂量等资料，分析并比较不同人口学特征的患者脱失率的差异。结果：对受治者的人口学特征分析表明：民族和性别等因素对患者的脱失率影响不大，婚姻状况以及年龄分布对患者的脱失率影响较大，有配偶的患者脱失率要小于单身及离异丧偶的患者，29岁以下的患者的脱失率要远高于30岁以上患者，差异均具有统计学意义；美沙酮使用剂量在100ml以下的患者的脱失率要远远高于100ml以上用量的患者，其中5ml用量患者的脱失率最高，为72．22％。结论：我们要加强对无家庭帮扶条件的年轻受治者的关心和帮教，要密切关注用药剂量较低的受治者的服药依从情况及剂量调整方案，以提高这部分患者的维持治疗率。

The influence of demographic characteristics and medication dose on the rate of dropout in methadone clinic patients of Ruili City
