| 摘 要： | 目的 研究脑损伤患者的知觉型启动效应特点.方法 采用残图命名测验对41例脑损伤患者和99名正常对照进行检查,脑损伤组分为脑外伤组24例,脑卒中组17例;正常对照组分为青年组(39例)、中年组(39例)和老年组(21例).所有人均进行残图命名测验.结果 正常对照组青年组(t=5.558,P＜0.001)、中老年组(t=3.100,P=0.003)与患者组均存在显著性差异,正常对照组成绩高于患者组.结论 知觉启动不仅依赖于枕叶,而且可能与额叶、颞叶相关.
