| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨高频彩超对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊断价值。方法:对3～13岁80例小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎患者进行腹部彩超检查,观察肠系膜淋巴结。结果:80例肠系膜淋巴结炎患者淋巴结有明显的不同程度的超声图像改变。CD-FI:显示肿大淋巴结内血流信号增多。结论:小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎有典型的超声表现,高频彩超对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊断有重要的临床意义。
