盆腔静脉淤血综合征的MSCTA诊断

目的探讨盆腔静脉淤血综合征（PCS）宫旁静脉丛和卵巢静脉在多层螺旋CT血管造影（MSCTA）中的表现。方法选择临床及影像学综合诊断为PCS且行全腹部CT增强扫描的患者23例，采用容积再现（VR）血管生长技术（AV）进行血管重建，分析PCS时宫旁静脉丛及卵巢静脉的表现。结果23例中，所有病例左侧宫旁静脉丛及卵巢静脉均迂曲、扩张，6例伴发左肾静脉压迫综合征，7例尚累及右侧宫旁静脉丛，右侧受累及者可于宫底部和（或）宫颈部见横向走行并连接双侧宫旁静脉丛的横行交通支。结论MSCTA能显示宫旁静脉丛和卵巢静脉迂曲、扩张，能明确诊断PCS。

MSCTA diagnosis of pelvic congestion syndrome

Objective To explore the appearance of parametrial venous plexus and ovarian vein on MSCTA for pelvic congestion syndrome ( PCS ). Methods 23 patients diagnosed as PCS by both clinical manifestations and imaging features who had undergone contrast-enhanced CT scans of the whole abdomen were included in this study. The blood vessels were reconstructed by volume rendering ( VR ) and add vessel ( AV ).The appearance of parametrial venous plexus and ovarian vein were analyzed. Results All the 23 patients had dilated, tortuous left parametrial venous plexus and ovarian vein; 6 developed left renal vein entrapment syndrome;7 occurred involvement of right parametrial venous plexus, with communication veins connecting two-sided uterine venous plexus in the fundus and\or the cervix. Conclusions MSCTA can demonstrate the dilated,tortuous parametrial venous plexus and ovarian vein, confirming the diagnosis of pelvic congestion syndrome.
