| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨舌癌的CT、MRI表现在舌癌诊断与治疗中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析我院经病理证实的23例舌癌CT、MRl资料,并结合临床及病理资料深入分析。结果:23例患者之中,肿块位于舌侧缘14例,舌背面3例,舌根4例,舌尖2例。CT平扫示舌癌病灶呈不均匀软组织密度影,增强扫描病灶显著不均匀强化;MRI平扫显示病灶边缘较清晰,T1WI呈等-低混杂信号、T2WI呈等-高混杂信号,T1WI增强扫描不均匀强化;受侵颈部淋巴结可伴肿大,中心坏死囊变。结论:舌癌的CT与MRI均有助于舌癌的临床诊断与治疗方案的确定。
