职业健康监护在职业病防治中的作用探讨

目的为广大企业尤其是中小企业职业卫生工作进行合理有效的监督管理和服务提供线索。方法通过对日常职业卫生监督工作中遇见的2个具体案例进行分析。结果2个案例中，1个通过开展职业健康监护，及时发现了14名员工白细胞异常，避免了一起群体性苯中毒事故的发生；另外1个由于没有开展上岗前职业健康检查，从而导致职业性轻度噪声聋的发生。结论职业健康监护能有效的防止职业病的发生。

Study on effect of occupational health surveillance in occupational diseases prevention

Objective To provide clues for effective inspection, management and comprehensive service for enterprises, especially small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). Methods Two particular cases we found through daily supervision of occupational health were analyzed. Results 14 employees suffering from leukocyte disorder were detected by occupational health surveillance in one of case, therefore avoiding the occurrence of the grouping of occupational benzene poisoning: while in the other case, employees was diagnosed to have mild occupational noise-induced deafness because of no conducting the pre-occupational health surveillance before taking up jobs.Conclusions Occupational health surveillance can effectively prevent occupational diseases from happening.
