以口咽部溃疡为首发症状的HIV患者心身状态调查分析

目的调查以口咽部溃疡为首发症状的HIV患者心身状态。方法应用症状自评量表（SCL-90）、健康状况调查问卷（SF-36）对11例以口咽部溃疡为首发症状的HIV患者进行心身状态调查。结果10例患者存在悲观绝望的心理，1例否认病史。结论口咽部溃疡为首发症状的HIV患者有明显的心身障碍，严重的影响了其生存状况及生活质量。采取有针对性的护理措施，使其积极配合治疗，从而有效促进身心康复，

To oropharyngeal ulcers as the initial symptom of HIV status of patients with psychosomatic investigation

Objective To investigate the oropharyngeal ulcers as the initial symptom of HIV patients with psychosomatic state. Methods Symptom Checklist ( SCL-90 ), health status questionnaire ( SF-36 ) of 11 patients with oropharyngeal ulcers as the first symptom of HIV status of patients with psychosomatic investigation.Results 10 patients had psychological pessimism, 1 deny history. Conclusion Oropharyngeal ulcers as the first symptom of HIV patients have significant physical and mental obstacles. Such as fear, anxiety, psychological and repeatedly lying body pain, physical function and damage, serious impact on their living conditions and quality of life. Take care and targeted measures to actively cooperate with the treatment, so as to effectively promote physical and psychological recovery.
