倍美力软膏治疗老年性阴道炎45例临床分析

目的 :了解倍美力软膏阴道给药对老年性阴道炎的临床治疗效果及副反应。方法 :45例患者每日将每克 0 .6 2 5 mg的倍美力软膏放入阴道深部 ,1周后每周放入一次 ,连用 8周。结果 :45例患者用药后阴道健康状况显著改善 ,血清 FSH水平显著下降 ,E2 水平上升至卵泡早期水平 ,用药后体重、肝肾功能、血脂及子宫内膜厚度与治疗前相比均无显著变化 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :倍美力软膏能有效缓解围绝经期症侯群 ,改善阴道健康状况。但对内膜无过度刺激。

Clinical effect of intravaginal premarin cream on senile vaginitis in 45 postmenopusal women

Objective To determine the clinical effect of intravaginal premarin cream on senile vaginitis and its side effects.Methods:45 patients took 1 gram intravaginal premarin cream (contains 0.625 mg premarin) per day.1 week later,drugs were taken weekly and this last 8 weeks.Vaginal condition were observed,serum Lipids,estradiol folliecle stimulating hormone(FSH) and endometrial thickness were measured before and after treatment.Result:45 patients:Vaginal condition improved significantly( P <0.05),serum estradiol increased to early follicle stage level and FSH decreased significantly.Liver function and kidney function,serum lipids and endometrial thickness did not change significantly before and after treatment ( P >0.05).Conclusion:Intravaginal premarin cream is effective in remitting the perimenopausal syndrome and improving the vaginal condition.It is a safe treatment for the prevention of endometrial hyper plasia.
