| 摘 要： | 目的探讨使用反取皮回植法治疗皮肤撕脱伤的方法。方法应用鼓式取皮机反取中厚皮回植治疗92例,反取全厚皮回植治疗147例,对两组病例的回植成活情况进行对照研究。结果在撕脱面积不大时两组间成功率差异不明显,在撕脱皮肤面积较大时,反取中厚皮回植组成功率显著高于全厚皮回植组(P<0.05)。结论小面积皮肤撕脱伤时,全厚皮回植治疗效果较好;在撕脱皮肤面积较大时,采用反取中厚皮回植是一种更为理想的方法。
