| 摘 要： | 目的观察依达拉奉和疏血通联合治疗急性进展型脑梗死的疗效。方法将60例急性进展型脑梗死随机分为联合治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组应用一般治疗+疏血通,联合组在对照组基础上加用依达拉奉。观察两组的治疗效果。结果联合治疗组神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组,联合治疗组总有效率(90%)明显高于对照组(67%)P<0.05。结论依达拉奉与疏血通联合应用治疗急性进展型脑梗死效果明显。

| Abstract: | Objective Observing curative effects of combined edaravone with ShuXieTong therapy to acute progressive cerebral infarction. Methods 60 patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into combination therapy group and control group each 30 cases. Applying general treatment ＋ ShuXieTong on control group, combination therapy group based in the control group plus edaravone. To observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results the neurologic impairment scores of combination therapy group were significantly lower than those of control group. The total effective rate of combination group was （90%） apparently higher than that of the control group （67%）. P〈0.05 with ShuXieTong for treating acute Conclusion curative effects of progressive cerebral infarction application combined edaravone are obvious. |
