全瓷夹板在前牙牙周炎系统治疗中的临床应用

目的观察全瓷牙周夹板在前牙中、重度牙周炎治疗中临床疗效。方法选择中、重度前牙牙周炎患者50例,在进行牙周治疗基础后,在行全瓷牙周夹板固定松动牙及修复缺失牙,通过牙龈牙周状况、牙槽骨骨密度等临床评定进行疗效评估。结果全瓷夹板与牙周具有极佳生物相容性,通过治疗后所有患者牙周状况均有明显改善,同时增加了患者对患有牙周疾病的重视,改善了生活质量。结论随着新型牙科材料的研发,全瓷夹板不仅在前牙中、重度牙周炎的松牙固定及缺失牙修复治疗会得到越来越广泛的应用,将亦会在后牙牙周治疗中加以采用。

Clinical application of front teeth periodontal splint made of all porcelain in advanced periodontitis

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of periodontal splints made of all porcelain in the treatment of front teeth periodontitis.Methods 50 patients with advanced chronic or aggressive front teeth periodontitis were chosen.After routine scaling and root planing,loose and missing teeth were restored by splints made of all porcelain.The clinical effects of the splints were evaluated according to the changes of gingival and periodontal index and alveolar bone density.Results All porcelain splint and periodontium have excellent biological compatibility.After the treatment,all the clinical indicators improved significantly.At the same time patients enhanced their awareness of the periodontal diseases and therefore improved their quality of life.Conclusion With the development of new dental materials,splints made of all porcelain will not only be more and more widely used in loose teeth fixation and missing teeth repair for anterior teeth severe periodontitis,they will also be adopted in posterior teeth periodontal treatment.
