美洛昔康超前镇痛用于无痛人工流产术的临床观察

目的：观察口服美洛昔康超前镇痛对丙泊酚复合芬太尼无痛人工流产后苏醒期宫缩痛的影响。方法：选择自愿终止妊娠且无麻醉禁忌证的早孕妇女60例,抽签法随机分为美洛昔康组和对照组,术前4h2组分别口服美洛昔康7.5mg（1片）或维生素C100mg（1片）,2组均在小剂量丙泊酚复合芬太尼静脉麻醉下行无痛人工流产术,记录丙泊酚用量、意识恢复、自由对答和自行离去时间,呼吸和循环监测指标,苏醒期有无宫缩痛及疼痛程度（VAS评分）。结果：2组丙泊酚用量、自行离去时间、RR、SpO2差异均无统计学意义;美洛昔康组和对照组宫缩痛发生率分别为20%（6/30）和70%（21/30）,宫缩痛VAS评分分别为3.2±1.5和6.1±1.8,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;2组均未见呼吸抑制等严重不良反应。结论：口服美洛昔康超前镇痛可显著降低丙泊酚复合芬太尼无痛人工流产术后苏醒期宫缩痛的发生率和疼痛程度。
