针刀治疗根性颈椎病166例分析

目的：观察针刀闭合性手术治疗根性颈椎病所致上肢麻痛的临床疗效。方法：以临床症状、体征、影像学三步定位法对神经根型颈椎病的病灶进行精确定位，在此基础上以颈椎横突阳性反应点、关节突阳性反应点为主要治疗点，同时与传统牵引作对照。结果：针刀组166例中痊愈38例，显效30例，好转10例，总有效率97．50％，其疗效明显优于传统牵引对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：针刀结合三步定位法治疗神经根型颈推病明显优于对照组，疗效显著。
