青少年骨肿瘤患者同种异体骨移植治疗的护理

目的探讨青少年骨肿瘤患者施行同种异体骨移植治疗时的临床特点及整体护理的对策。方法对56例施行同种异体骨移植的青少年骨肿瘤患者,根据其病情采取针对性的护理措施,及有效的康复指导。结果所有患者术后出院,无护理并发症,并且心理焦虑减轻,建立了对疾病正确的认识。结论针对青少年患者的特点,正确有效的护理措施对预防并发症、确保手术效果及促进患者康复起重要作用。

Nursing of adolescent patients with bone tumor treated by allograft bone transplantation treatment

Objective To explore the clinical features in the conduction of allograft bone transplantation treatment among the adolescent patients with bone tumor and the countermeasures of holistic nursing.Methods The pertinent nursing measures and the effective rehabilitation guidance were adopted for the 56 adolescent patients with bone tumor underwent allograft bone transplantation treatment according to the disease conditions.Results All patients left the hospital without complications.These patients' psychological anxiety reduced and these patients established their correct cognition to the disease.Conclusions In accordance with the adolescent patients' characteristics,the correct and effective nursing measures play an important role in preventing complications,insuring the effect of the operation and improving the rehabilitation of the patients.
