| 摘 要： | 糖尿病外周神经病变(DPN)是糖尿病主要的慢性并发症之一,较为常见,也是糖尿病足的主要危险因素之一。早期诊断和治疗DPN对于改善糖尿病的预后,提高患者的生活质量,延长生存周期有着非常重大的意义。本文结合国内外DPN指南,介绍其发病机制、筛查、诊断及治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN） is one of the main chronic complications of diabetes, which is rather common and is also one of the main dangerous factors of diabetes. Early diagnose and treatment of DPN has great significance in improving the prognosis of diabetes, enhancing the life quality of the diabetic patients and extending the life cycle. This article introduces the pathogenesis, screening, diagnosis and treatment methods through reviewing DPN guidance at home and abroad. |
