| 摘 要： | 目的：观察骨盆牵引联合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：治疗组70例采用骨盆牵引配合中药自拟方煮水热熏，对照组35例采用单纯骨盆牵引，观察两组的疗效。结果：治疗组：痊愈21例，显效38例，好转8例，无效3例。总有效率为95．7％。对照组：痊愈2例，显效8例，好转16例，无效9例。总有效率为74．3％。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：腰椎间盘突出症采用中医药综合治疗效果更好。
