显微外科皮瓣修复小腿及足部软组织缺损的临床分析

摘    要:目的观察和总结显微外科采用腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣移植修复小腿及足部软组织缺损的临床疗效和手术经验。方法 25例小腿及足部软组织缺损患者采用腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣显微外科移植修复治疗,切取皮瓣面积最大8 cm×11 cm,最小5 cm×6 cm。结果 25例中一期愈合20例,二期愈合5例,术后皮瓣全部成活,随访10个月至3年,行走功能与外观均较满意。结论显微外科采用腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣移植修复,操作简便安全,可有效改善患者小腿及足部的生理功能和外观。

Clinical analysis of microsurgical flap in repair of soft tissue defects of calf and foot

Abstract:Objective To observe therapeutic effect and summary the clinical efficacy and operation experiences of sural neurovascular flap in repair of soft tissue defects of calf and foot by microsurgery. Methods Twenty five patients with soft tissue defects of calf and foot were repaired with sural neurovascular flap by microsurgery transplantation. The maximum area of flap cut was 8 cm × 11 cm, and the minimum was 5 cm × 6 cm. Results Among the 25 cases, 20 cases of muscle flap healed in Ⅰ phase, 5 cases of muscle flap healed in Ⅱ phase. All flaps survived. The function and appearance of these flaps recovered in the course of 10 months to 3 years foUowed up, Conclusion The repair with sural neurovascular flap by microsurgery transplantation was safe and easy to operate. It could improve effectively the physiological function and appearance of calf and foot.
