摘    要:目的:建立顶空进样-气相色谱法测定牛奶中硫氰酸盐的方法。方法:牛奶样品中的SCN-经过处理,在顶空瓶内进行反应生成CNCl;用气相色谱DB-5毛细管柱分离,电子捕获检测器检测,保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果:本法在0.04 mg/L~1.2 mg/L浓度范围内呈良好线性,方法检出限为3.6μg/kg,平均加标回收率98.0%~100.5%。结论:该方法灵敏、快速、简便,适用于牛奶产品中硫氰酸盐的检测。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for the determination of thiocyanate in milk by headspace gas chromatography.Methods:After processing the sample,the thiocyanate in sample reacted with chloramine T to form cyanogen chloride(CNCl) in headspace bottle.The CNCl was determined by GC-ECD with DB-5 capillary column.Results:The linearity was good in the range of 0.04 mg/L~1.2 mg/L.The detection limit of the method was 3.6 μg/kg for SCN-in milk samples.The average recovery was 98.0%~100.5%.Conclucion:This method is sensitive,quick and convenient.It can be used for determination of SCN-in milk products.
