| 摘 要： | 目的 观察孤立性左束支传导阻滞(LBBB)患者左室舒张期的充盈方式。方法 比较LBBB组与正常控制组的超声多普勒参数。结果 发现在参数左室收缩末径、二尖瓣血流频谱的E峰、E／A、E峰减速时间及E峰下降速率存在差异。结论 与正常心脏传导比较，孤立性左束支传导阻滞患者的左室舒张充盈方式异常。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the left ventricular diastolic Doppler filling patterns in patients of isolated left bundle branch block(LBBB).Methods Twenty-three patients with LBBB were compared with25normal control subjects.Results There were differences in left ventricular systolic dimension,E max,the E/A ratio,E wave deceleration and deceleration rate of the E wave.Conclusion The results indicate that isolated left bun-dle branch block is associated with significant alterations in left ventricular Doppler diastolic filling patterns,compared with subjects with normal ventricular conduction. |
