高血压患者健康教育效果分析与评价

[目的]分析和评价就诊高血压患者实施健康教育后的效果。[方法]对就诊原发性高血压患者进行系统规范的健康教育和生活行为方式干预,健康教育前后分别填写调查问卷。[结果]通过健康教育和生活行为方式干预,患者的高血压防治主要知识知晓率分别从健康教育前的36.24%、38.62%、52.38%和32.80%提高到健康教育后的92.59%、88.36%、89.68%和96.83%（P〈0.01）;5种主要不良生活行为方式（高盐饮食、吸烟、超量饮酒、超重和肥胖、缺少运动和体力活动）形成率分别从健康教育前的63.76%、40.74%、32.01%、48.41%和38.62%下降至健康教育后的31.22%、28.84%、20.90%、35.70%和23.02%（P〈0.01）;患者的治疗依从性率分别从健康教育前的13.49%、21.69%、37.83%和35.19%提高到健康教育后的68.78%、71.69%、68.52%和65.34%（P〈0.01）。[结论]健康教育是控制患者血压的有效途径,高血压患者应坚持药物和非药物疗法并用。

Analysis and Evaluation on Effects of Health Education on Patients with Hypertension

[Objective]To analyze and evaluate the effect of health education on patients with hypertension.[Methods]Questionnaire was conducted before and after health education.Health education and life behavior intervention were carried out for the patients with primary hypertension.[Results]The understanding rate to the knowledge on hypertension prevention and control after health education and life behavior intervention increased from 36.24%,38.62%,52.38% and 32.80% to 92.59%,88.36%,89.68% and 96.83%(P<0.01);Five bad life behaviors(high-salt food,smoking,intemperance,overweight and obesity,no excises or physical labour) were decreased from 63.76%,40.74%,32.01%,48.41% and 38.62% to 31.22%,28.84%,20.90%,35.70% and 23.02%(P<0.01).The enthusiasm of treatment increased from 13.49%,21.69%,37.83%,35.18% to 68.78% 71.69%,68.52% and 65.34%(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Health education is an effective approach on hypertension control.Both medicine and none-medicine treatment should be used.
