| Abstract: | A new method of immobilizing nasal implants is the creation of a strong fibrotic reaction with sewn polyester (Dacron) felt. It has been applied to saddle nose deformity, as well as maxillary retrusion of flat nasal tip. Over a period of 15 years in a large number of cases, the complications have been only a temporary inflammatory reaction in 5% of the cases. |
