螺旋CT定性诊断肺磨玻璃结节的临床价值

目的：探讨螺旋CT定性诊断肺磨玻璃结节的临床价值。方法：对我院经病理证实的118例肺磨玻璃结节患者的螺旋CT影像学资料进行回顾性分析，分析螺旋CT对肺磨玻璃结节的诊断符合率，同时对不同病理类型的肺磨玻璃结节的螺旋CT征象进行比较。结果：118例患者中，113例螺旋CT诊断和病理结果相符，准确率为95.76%（113/118）。其中良性符合率为97.92%（47/48），恶性符合率为94.29%（66/70）；随着肺磨玻璃结节恶性程度越来越高，病灶越来越不规则，分叶、毛刺、胸膜凹陷、空泡征增多，边缘不清楚增多，不同病理类型肺部磨玻璃结节CT征象比较，差异具有显著性意义；恶性组病灶明显大于良性组，且随着恶性程度越来越高，肺部磨玻璃结节病灶呈明显增大趋势；炎症、AAH与AIS实性成分均为0，IAC实性成分明显大于MIA。结论：螺旋CT对于肺磨玻璃结节的定性诊断率较高，同时对不同病理类型的肺磨玻璃结节具有较高的鉴别价值，对于术前诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要的指导意义。

Conclusion Spiral CT for pulmonary ground glass nodules diagnosis rate is higher, and the different pathological types of lung grinding glass nodules with high diagnostic value, and for the preoperative diagnosis and differential diagnosis has important guiding significance of the.
