摘    要:目的:观察两种方法治疗去骨瓣减压术后硬膜下积液的临床疗效。方法:将我院2004年1月~2015年12月期间收治的去骨瓣减压术后出现硬膜下积液的100例患者按照就诊时间顺序分为实验组和对照组,对实验组患者实施硬膜下积液持续引流联合佩戴自制弹力帽治疗,对对照组患者实施单纯硬膜下积液持续引流治疗,对比两组患者硬膜下积液消失时间、住院时间、术后硬膜下积液复发率、手术并发症及治疗前后日常生活能力评分。结果:实验组患者的硬膜下积液基本消失时间、术后住院时间短于对照组,硬膜下积液复发率、手术并发症发生率低于对照组;两组术后日常生活能力评分均显著升高,且实验组治疗后明显高于对照组。结论:持续引流联合佩戴自制弹力帽治疗去骨瓣减压术后硬膜下积液,疗效确切,安全性高,复发率低,操作简单,值得在临床推广应用。

A comparative study of two methods in the treatment of subdural effusion after craniotomy
Abstract:Objective To investigate the treatment of the two methods of clinical efficacy craniectomy surgery subdural ef-fusion under reduced pressure. Methods 100 patients in hospital from Jan 2004 to Dec 2015 during the craniectomy postop-erative subdural effusion treatment according to chronologically divided into experimental and control groups, the experimental group patients under the joint implementation of continuous drainage of subdural effusion wearing homemade hats stretch treat-ment, the control group was treated under pure subdural effusion continuous drainage treatment. Compared the subdural effusiondisappearance time, hospitalization time, postoperative subdural effusion recurrence rate, surgical complications and the daily life ability score in two groups. Results Patients in experimental group of subdural effusion disappeared in operation time, hos-pitalization time is shorter than that of the control group, subdural effusion recurrence rate and complications occurred rate were lower than that of the control group;The postoperative daily living scores were significantly higher after treatment in two groups, and experimental group was higher more than the control group . Conclusion Continuous Drainage and wearing homemade hats stretch treatment under decompressive craniectomy surgery subdural effusion, effective, safe, low recurrence rate, simple opera-tion.
