丹参酮联合盐酸伐昔洛韦片治疗带状疱疹神经痛的临床观察

目的：探讨丹参酮联合盐酸伐昔洛韦片治疗带状疱疹神经痛的临床效果。方法：2012年9月到2015年2月选择在我院诊治的带状疱疹神经痛患者120例，根据随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各60例，对照组给予盐酸伐昔洛韦片治疗，治疗组给予丹参酮联合盐酸伐昔洛韦片治疗，治疗周期都为14d。结果：治疗后经过观察，治疗组的有效率为98.3％，对照组为88.3％，治疗组的有效率高于对照组。治疗组的止疱时间、完全结痂时间和皮损痊愈时间明显少于对照组。两组治疗后的疼痛评分都均明显下降，与对照组相比，治疗后治疗组的疼痛评分明显较低。治疗期间，两组均无严重不良反应，与对照组相比，治疗组的感染、血肿、呕吐、腹胀等明显少于对照组。结论：丹参酮联合盐酸伐昔洛韦片可以治疗带状疱疹，同时缓解患者神经痛，改善患者临床症状，提高总有效率，减少不良反应的发生。

The clinical observation of Tan combined valacyclovir hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of herpetic neuralgia

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Tan combined valacyclovir hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of herpetic neuralgia. Methods From September 2012 to February 2015, selected 120 herpes zoster neuralgia patients in our hospital, accorded to a random number table were equally divided into the treatment group and the control group, the control group were given valacyclovir hydrochloride tablets in the treatment, the treatment group were received Tan combined valacy-clovir hydrochloride tablets in the treatment, the treatment cycles were 14d. Results After treatment through observation, the effectiveness in the treatment group and the control group 98.3% vs 88.3% that compared were significant difference. The blis-tering time, time to full crusting and healing time of lesions in the treatment group were significantly less than the control group. After treatment, the pain scores in the two groups were shown significant downward trend, while the pain scores in the treatment group after treatment group were significantly lower than the control group. Both groups had no serious adverse events during the treatment, but the hematoma, infection, vomiting, abdominal distension and other complications in the treatment group were sig-nificantly less than the control group. Conclusion Tan combined valacyclovir hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of herpetic neuralgia can effectively relieve neuralgia, promote the improvement of clinical symptoms that can improve the overall efficacy and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
