颈椎板成型术在颈椎管狭窄症中的应用分析

目的：观察颈椎板成型术在颈椎管狭窄症中的应用价值。方法：以2014年6月～2015年10月在我院接受治疗的颈椎管狭窄症患者为观察对象。根据其治疗方式分为微创颈椎板成型术组（55例）和颈后路单开门术（50例）。观察两组患者手术一般情况，手术前后JOA评分、轴性症状发生率的差异。比较两组患者手术前后生活质量的差异。结果：颈椎板成型术组手术时间和术中出血量均较颈后路单开门术组少，差异具有统计学意义；两组患者手术前的JOA评分无明显差别，治疗后，两组患者的JOA评分均较治疗前增高，且颈椎板成型术组增高更明显；颈椎板成型术组术后轴性症状发生率明显低于颈后路单开门术，差异具有统计学意义；两组患者手术前生活质量得分无明显差别，手术后，两组患者生活质量均较手术前增高，且颈椎板成型术组增高更明显。结论：颈椎板成型术在颈椎管狭窄症中有较好的治疗效果，可明显提高患者的生活质量。

Cervical laminoplasty in cervical spinal canal stenosis in application analysis

Objective To observe the cervical laminoplasty in cervical spinal canal stenosis in application. Methods Cervi-cal spinal stenosis patients treated in our hospital from June 2014 to October 2015 were selected as object for treatment. Ac-cording to the therapeutic methods for minimally invasive cervical laminoplasty group(55 cases)and cervical posterior single open surgery(50 cases). Observe two groups of patients with general surgery, JOA score before and after operation, the difference in the incidence of axial symptoms. The difference in quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after surgery. Results The bleeding cervical laminoplasty group in the operation time and volume were cervical posterior single open-door surgery group, the difference was statistically significant;There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients, preoperative JOA score after treatment, JOA scores of two groups were higher than that before treatment, and the cervical lami-noplasty group was more obvious;The incidence of cervical spine plate forming operation group of axial symptoms was signifi-cantly lower than that of the posterior extended open-door laminoplasty, the difference has statistical significance. There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients before operation, quality of life score after surgery, two patients quality of life were higher than that before surgery, and cervical laminoplasty group increased more obviously . Conclusion cervical laminoplasty in cervical spinal canal stenosis has good treatment effect, can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
