IPC在妇科盆腔术后预防下肢深静脉血栓的应用效果观察

目的：探讨间歇充气加压（IPC）预防妇科盆腔手术后患者发生下肢深静脉血栓的临床效果。方法：选取本院妇科手术治疗的160例患者，随机分为观察组和常规组各80例，两组患者给予相同的基础护理及药物治疗措施，观察组患者加用间歇充气压力泵进行辅助治疗，比较两组患者术后下肢深静脉血流动力学、凝血功能指标及深静脉血栓的发生率。结果：不同干预方法下两组间股静脉、腘静脉血流速度、血流量差异具有统计学意义，两组间股静脉、腘静脉血流速度、血流量组内在时间变化趋势上差异具有统计学意义；不同干预方法下两组间PT、APTT、Fib差异不明显，两组间PT、APTT、Fib在组内时间变化趋势上差异具有统计学意义；观察组的下肢深静脉血栓发生率显著的低于常规组患者。结论：IPC预防妇科盆腔手术后患者发生下肢深静脉血栓具有显著的效果。

Effect of IPC in preventing deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after gynecological pelvic operation

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intermittent pneumatic compression (IPC) in preventing lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after gynecological pelvic surgery. Methods Selected hospital gynecological surgery 160 patients were studied, using envelopes were randomly divided into two groups and regular group of 80 patients each, two groups were given the same basic care and drug treatment, the test group were added with intermittent pneumatic pressure pump adju-vant therapy, compared to two groups of patients after lower extremity deep venous hemodynamics, coagulation parameters and the incidence of deep vein thrombosis. Results Between the two groups under different interventions femoral vein, popliteal vein blood flow velocity, blood flow difference was statistically significant, between the two groups femoral vein, popliteal vein blood flow velocity, changes in blood flow group differences inherent tendency time statistically significant;between the two groups under different interventions PT, APTT, Fib difference was statistically significant, between the two groups PT, APTT, Fib at the time the group trend difference statistically significant;the incidence of deep venous thrombosis experimental group was significantly lower than the conventional group patients. Conclusion IPC prevention of gynecological patients after pelvic surgery deep vein thrombosis have a significant effect.
