摘 要: | 目的:探讨不同剂量氟比洛芬应用于少儿先天性心脏病术后静脉自控镇痛(PCIA)对患儿植物神经功能的影响。方法:选择本院收治的拟行心脏病手术的少儿120例,随机分为6组,按患儿体质量及氟比洛芬注射剂量不同,将120例患儿分别为空白对照组、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0和2.5mg/kg 组。比较不同剂量氟比洛芬酯对患儿术后镇痛的效果及患儿植物神经功能的影响及不良反应发生情况。结果:氟比洛芬用于先天性心脏病患儿术后镇痛有效,但大剂量的氟比洛芬会引起较严重的不良反应;空白组患儿的植物神经平衡的指标与1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5mg/kg组患儿的指标相比均有差异,且差异有统计学意义;与交感神经和副交感神经平衡时的 y 值相比,空白对照组、0.5、2.5mg/kg 组患儿测得的 y 值均有差异,且差异均显著;而与交感神经和副交感神经平衡时的 y 值相比,1.0、1.5、2.0mg/kg 组患儿的 y 值均没有显著差异。结论:氟比洛芬应用于先天性心脏病术后静脉自控镇痛对患儿的植物神经功能有影响,适宜剂量的氟比洛芬酯有助于患儿术后恢复及维持患儿植物神经系统的正常。

Study the effect of flurbiprofen on the autonomic nervous system’s function of children with congenital heart disease after the operation |

Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of different doses of flurbiprofen,as a drug to ease pain after the operation,on the autonomic nervous system’s function of children with congenital heart disease. Methods A total of 120 patients who had been received and cured by our hospital with congenital heart disease were randomly divided into 6 groups. The dose of flurbiprofen in the 6 groups were control group(group A),0.5(group B),1.0(group C),1.5(group D),2.0(group E),2.5mg/kg(group F). And the multiple index measurement of autonomic nervous was applied,then the y-valued in different groups were calculated and compared to each other or the standard one. Results Compared with the y-valued in control group,that in 1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5mg/kg group were all statistically lower. There was statistical difference among the standard y-valued and that in control group,0.5,2.5mg/kg group. There were no significantly difference between the standard y-valued and that in 1.0mg/kg group, 1.5 or 2.0mg/kg group. Conclusion Different doses of flurbiprofen,as a drug to ease pain after the operation,played a role in the autonomic nervous system in children with congenital heart disease. The suitable dose of flurbiprofen had an effect on the bal-ance of autonomic nervous system in children,who had an operation on the congenital heart disease. |
