CEA、CA125及CA153在乳腺癌中的检测价值

摘    要:目的:探析多种肿瘤标志物联合检测对乳腺癌患者诊断的临床意义。方法:分析2013年11月~2015年8月在我院接受治疗的77例乳腺癌患者的临床资料。另外选取同期在我院接受治疗的51例乳腺良性患者作为本实验的乳腺良性组、接受健康体检的63名健康女性作为本次实验的对照组。采用化学发光微粒子免疫分析(CMIA)法检测三组患者的血清糖类抗原(CA)153、CA125以及癌胚抗原(CEA)的表达水平。比较三组患者的一般资料以及血清CA125、CA153、CEA检测结果。比较单项检测与多项指标联合检测的敏感性与特异性。结果:乳腺癌组患者的血清CA125、CA153和CEA水平均明显比乳腺良性组、对照组高;乳腺良性组患者的血清CA125、CA153及CEA水平与对照组间无明显差异。与单项肿瘤标志物相比,多项指标联合检测的敏感性(69.1%)和准确度(85.7%)最高。结论:血清CA125、CA153及CEA的联合检测可以显著提升乳腺癌的早期检出率以及诊断性能,在鉴别诊断乳腺癌及其良性病变方面具有重要的临床意义。

The detective value of CEA,CA125and CA153 in mammary cancer
Abstract:Objective Our retrospective study was aimed toanalyze the clinical value of combined detection of multiple tu-mor markers in diagnosing patients with mammary cancer. Methods Clinical data of 77 patients with mammary cancerreceived treatment at our hospitalfrom November, 2013 to August, 2015 was retrospectivelyanalyzed. 51 breast benign patients received treatment at our hospital at the same time were chosen as the breast benign group. 63 healthy women received health examina-tion at our hospital at the same time were chosen as the control group. The expression of CA153, CA125, CEA of patients in three groups were detected by CMIA. The general information, the detective results of serum CA153, CA125, CEA of patients in three groups were compared. The sensitivity and specificity of single detection and combined detection were compared. Results The general information of patients in three groups had no statistical difference. The expression of serum CA153, CA125, CEA of patients in mammary cancer group were obviously higher than those in breast benign group and control group. The expression of serum CA153, CA125, CEA of patients in breast benign group and control group had no statistical difference. Compared to single detection, the sensitivity (69.1%) and accuracy (85.7%) of combined detection were the highest. Conclusion The com-bined detection of serum CA153, CA125, CEA could significantly improve the early detection rate and diagnostic performance of mammary cancer. It has important clinical value in the differential diagnosis of breast cancer and benign breast cancer.
