臭氧治疗急性期脑梗塞的临床疗效及预后影响

目的：观察臭氧治疗急性期脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法：选取100例急性脑梗塞患者，按照不同治疗方式分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组在常规治疗的基础上应用臭氧，对照组仅常规治疗。对两组的临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分及血脂进行对比分析。结果：所有患者治疗后 NIHSS 评分均显著低于治疗前，BI 均显著高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义；治疗1周及3个月后：观察组 NIHSS 评分均显著低于对照组，BI 均显著高于对照组；观察组总有效率显著高于对照组。治疗后两组患者血脂水平与治疗前相比，均显著下降，差异具有统计学意义。所有患者在治疗过程中均未出现严重不良反应。结论：臭氧治疗治疗急性期脑梗塞疗效显著，安全性良好，值得推广。

Clinical efficacy and prognosis of ozone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

The blood lipid levels of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment, the differ-ence was statistically significant . Conclusion Ozone therapy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction in the curative effect is obvious, the security is good, it is worth promoting.
