痰热清雾化吸入治疗急性气管支气管炎的疗效评价

目的：探讨痰热清雾化吸入治疗急性气管支气管炎的临床效果。方法：选择我科于2014年7月～2015年10月期间收治急性气管支气管炎患者154例，并按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=77）和观察组（n=77）。对照组行常规治疗，观察组在此基础上加用痰热清注射液雾化吸入治疗。对比两组的治疗效果。结果：①观察组咳嗽、咳痰缓解时间、发热消失时间和肺部罗音消失时间均显著短于对照组。②观察组支气管炎治疗总有效率为96.1%，显著高于对照组的80.5%。结论：在急性气管支气管炎治疗中，痰热清雾化吸入治疗可以短时间内缓解病情，提高治疗效果，安全性高，值得推广。

Clinical efficiency of Ultrasonic atomizing inhalation of Tanreqing for treating acute trachebronchitis

Objective To explore the c inical efficiency of ultrasonic atomization inhalation of Tanreqing for treating acute trachebronchitis. Methods 154 cases with acute trachebronchitis admitted in our hosipital from July 2014 to October 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and each group has 77 cases. All of the patients were given basic treatment. The control group was given ultrasomic atomization inhalation of Tanreqing on basic treatment. The efficiency of clinical symptoms improving situation were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment group had earlier disap-pearance of cough, fever, and rales when compared with the control group. The total effective rate in treatment froup (96.1%) improved significantly better than the control group (80.5%). Conclusion Ultrasonic atomizing Inhalation of Tanreqing is an ef-fctive adjuvant therapy for acute trachebronchitis with quicker symptom improvement and significant effect.
