岳阳市区中小学生2013年健康状况调查分析

目的：了解2013年岳阳市区中小学生的健康状况，为制定有效的健康干预措施提供参考依据。方法：采用整群抽样的方法，对2013年岳阳市共21135名全体在校中小学生的体检资料进行统计分析。结果：大部分学生的身高、体重为中等，5～14岁男生的身高、体重上等率均高于同年龄段女生，15～19岁阶段无差异；男、女生各自在两个不同年龄段的身高、体重上等率差异有统计学意义。常见病中除沙眼外，其余5项常见病检出率在学级、性别间差异有统计学意义；肥胖、视力不良、乙肝阳性检出率随学级的增高而增大，龋患率随学级的增高而降低；肥胖、沙眼检出率男生高于女生，其余4项男生低于女生。结论：岳阳市区中小学生生长发育处于中等水平，学生的健康状况有待改善。

Investigation and analysis on health situation of elementary and middle school students in 2013 from Yueyang City

Objective To investigate the health status of primary and secondary school students in urban areas of Yueyang City in 2013, to provide references for the development of effective health interventions. Methods A total of 21,135 students from Yueyang City physically examined in 2013 was included by a cluster sampling method, whose medical data was used for statistical analysis. Results Most students were clarified into the moderate group for their heights and weights, in the group of 5~14 years-old group, the percentages in first-class for heights and weights of boy students were significantly superior than that of girl students, while no difference was observed in the 15~19 years-old group. At the same time, differences were also significant between genders in two age periods. All indexes were significantly different between gender and grades except tra-choma. The rate of obesity、poor sight、HBV infection elevated as grades rose, while the rate of dental caries descended. At the rate of obesity and trachoma, boys were higher than girls, and the remaining four indexes girls were lower than boys. Conclusion The growth and health status of schoolchildren in urban Yueyang City was generally in the middle level, it is necessary to take measures to promote students’health.
