中西医结合治疗化妆品皮炎的临床疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗化妆品皮炎的临床疗效。方法：选取2014年1月~12月，在海南省三亚市中医院皮肤科收治的符合条件的化妆品皮炎患者76例，按随机对照试验方法分为试验组和对照组，每组患者38名，对照组患者采用纯西医治疗，试验组患者在西医治疗的基础上，加以金银花、连翘、甘草、牛蒡子、白鲜皮、苦参、苍术、黄芩、生地黄、牡丹皮、荆芥、防风等中药联合治疗，以一周为一个疗程，治疗四周后判定其治疗效果。结果：两组患者治疗效果差异具有统计学意义，试验组患者的治疗效果要好于对照组患者；试验组患者的治愈时间要低于对照组患者；两组患者均未见明显不良反应，且在患者痊愈并停药1个月后进行随访，两组患者均无复发。结论：中西医结合治疗化妆品皮炎，内外结合、标本兼治，临床效果较好，治愈时间较短，且无不良反应和复发，在临床上值得推广。

The Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese plus Western Medicine in The Treatment of Cosmetic Dermatitis

Objective To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine plus western medicine in the treatment of cosmetic dermatitis. Methods 76 patients with cosmetic dermatitis in the traditional Chinese medicine hospital of Sanya from January to December 2014 were divided randomly into two groups, one was the control group (n=38, with the treatment of pure western medicine), another was the test group (n=38, with the treatment of traditional Chinese plus western medicine), and the curative effect after four weeks was observed. Results The curative effect in two groups were significantly different, and the cur-ative effect of patients in the test group were better than that of the patients in the control group;The cure time in the test group was shorter than that in the control group;Patients in two groups had no adverse reactions and recurrence. Conclusion Chinese plus western medicine in the treatment of cosmetic dermatitis had better curative effect, short cure time, no adverse reactions and recurrence, which was worth promoting in clinical practice.
