胫骨中下段骨折使用 mippo 技术和切开复位内固定术的临床观察

目的：观察应用微创经皮内固定接骨技术（MIPPO）与切开复位钢板内固定术（ORIF）治疗胫骨中下段闭合性骨折的治疗效果。方法：选择我院2011年7月至2014年7月胫骨中下段新鲜的闭合性骨折98例，其中使用MIPPO 技术治疗35例，使用 ORIF 治疗63例，观察两组的术前时间、手术时间、手术出血、切口长度、住院时间和骨折愈合时间，以及 Johner-Wruh评分和术后并发症等方面进行比较研究。结果：MIPPO 组在术前时间、手术时间、手术出血、切口长度、住院时间及骨折愈合时间方面优于 ORIF 组；两组在 Johner-Wruh 评分及术后并发症方面无统计学差异。结论：MIPPO 在手术指标方面优势明显，具有操作简单、微创美观及有效促进骨折愈合等特点，而两者在术后功能恢复方面差异不大，效果均满意。

A comparative study ofminimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis(MIPPO)and open reduction and internal fixation(ORIF)for distal tibia fracture

Objective To observe the Clinical effect of MIPPO and ORIF therapy for the distal tibia fracture. Methods Fram 2011 July to 2014 July, our hospital 98 cases of distal tibia fracture, including MIPPO technique were 35 cases, ORIF treatment were 63 cases, two groups were observed before operation, operation time, operation time, incision length, bleeding, hospitalization time, healing time, Johner-Wruh score and postoperative complications were compared. Results The MIPPO group in the preoperative time, operation time, incision length, operation bleeding, hospitalization time and healing time than the ORIF group. No significant differences of complications of the two groups in the Johner-Wruh score and Complication. Conclusion The MIPPO index has obvious advantages in operation, has the advantages of simple operation, and effectively pro-mote the healing of minimally invasive features of fracture. There were little difference in the recovery of postoperative function, the results of two groups were satisfactory.
