摘 要: | 目的:针对湘潭市20102013年手足口病监测实验室检测结果分析该病病原学流行特征,为本市手足口病防控提供参考依据。方法:收集湘潭市20102013年国家疾病监测报告管理系统手足口病疫情基本资料及实验室检测结果进行统计分析;实验室检测采用 RT-PCR 实时荧光法检测肠道病毒、肠道病毒71型(EV71)、柯萨奇病毒 A 组16型(CoxA16).结果:20102013年,检样1079份,肠道病毒阳性569例,阳性率52.73%;EV71型阳性211份,占37.08%,;CoxA16阳性110份,占19.33%;其他型阳性248份,占43.59%;997份轻症病例中 EV71阳性率30.12%、CoxA16阳性率22.09%、其他型阳性率47.79%;重症病例67份,EV71阳性率84.48%、其他型率15.52%;死亡病例15份,EV71阳性率92.31%、其他型率7.69%。结论:2010-2013年,湘潭市手足口病以 EV71型和其他型为优势流行株;重症、死亡病例主要由 EV71引起;EV71型引起的手足口病比其他肠道病毒更容易引起流行,导致重症的比例也较高。

Abstract: | objective to monitoring laboratory brothers in Xiangtan city during 2010 2013 mouth disease detection results analysis of epidemic characteristics of the disease etiology, provide reference for the prevention and control of the hand foot and mouth disease. Methods collection in Xiangtan City detection results of 2010 2013 national disease surveillance report man-agement system of HFMD basic data and laboratory for statistical analysis. Laboratory detection of intestinal virus, enterovirus 71 using RT-PCR real-time fluorescence method (EV71), Ke Saqi virus group A type 16 (CoxA16). Results during 2010 2013, the sample 1079, total intestinal virus was positive in 569 cases, the positive rate was 52.73%; 211 were EV71 positive, ac-counting for 37.08%; 110 samples were positive for CoxA16, accounting for 19.33%; the other type was detected in 248 sam-ples, accounting for 43.59%; .The positive rate of EV71 997 mild cases, 30.12% CoxA16 positive rate was 22.09%, the positive rate of other type 47.79%; severe cases 67, the positive rate of EV71 84.48%, the other was 15.52%; 15 cases of death, the pos-itive rate of EV71 was 7.69%, other 92.31%. Conclusion in 2010 2013, xiangtan, foot and mouth disease with EV71 and other advantages of epidemic strains; Severe cases, death is mainly caused by EV71; Type of hand, foot and mouth disease caused by EV71 than other intestinal virus were more likely to lead to pop, cause have a greater proportion of severe cases. |
