下颌不同智齿阻生对于邻牙远中面细菌分布的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨下颌智齿阻生对于邻牙远中面细菌分布的影响。方法:选取我院自2014年3月~2014年6月间来我院进行智齿阻生相关检查的患者200例作为研究对象,其中有172例受检者进行临床和影像学检查,判断其智齿阻生的类型,同时对智齿邻牙的细菌分布进行研究。结果:该组患者中智齿阻生类型主要有3种,分别是垂直阻生、水平阻生和前倾阻生,比例分别为41.0%(82例)、31.5%(63例)、13.5%(27例);其中前倾阻生邻牙变异链球菌的比例均值最高为(50.23±6.83)%,与垂直阻生患者数据对比差异显著;垂直阻生邻牙乳酸杆菌比例均值最高为(1.01±0.57)%,与其他两组对比差异无统计学意义。结论:下颌智齿阻生会影响邻牙远中面的细菌分布,为青少年口腔疾病的预防护理治疗提供参考和依据。

Mandibular impacted tooth impact on the distribution of bacteria adjacent distal surface of tooth
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of impacted mandibular third molars for the distribution of bacteria adjacent distal surface of tooth. Methods Selected in our hospital since March 2014 to June 2014 to our hospital for wisdom teeth resist-ance related examination of 200 patients as the research object, of which 172 subjects who were clinical and imaging examina-tion, judge the type of the impacted wisdom teeth, also of wisdom teeth adjacent teeth bacterial distribution in the study. Results In the group of patients with wisdom teeth resistance type, there are mainly three kinds, respectively is the vertical resistance, horizontal impaction and mesially impacted, the ratio was 41.0%(82 cases), 31.5%(63 cases), 13.5%(27 cases); the mesially im-pacted adjacent teeth of Streptococcus mutans mean ratio highest(50.23 + 6.83%, and vertical resistance students patient data had significant differences; vertical resistance students adjacent teeth Lactobacillus mean proportion highest(1.01 + 0.57%), and the other two groups differences no statistical significance. Conclusion Mandibular impacted wisdom teeth will affect adjacent teeth distal surface of the bacteria distribution and provide a reference and basis for the treatment of oral diseases in adolescents and preventive care.
