心力衰竭伴肺部感染患者血清 PCT、Galectin-3及 MMP-9变化及临床意义研究

目的：探究心力衰竭伴肺部感染患者血清降钙素原（Procalcitonin，PCT）、半乳糖凝集素-3（Galectin-3）及基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）变化及临床意义。方法：分析2013年~2014年81例在我院就诊的心力衰竭患者的临床资料，其中39例心力衰竭伴肺部感染的患者纳为观察组，42例心力衰竭患者划为对照组。结果：观察组患者血清中 PCT、Galectin-3及 MMP-9水平显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义；随着 NYHA 分级升高观察组患者血清中 PCT、Galectin-3及 MMP-9水平也随之升高，组间比较具有统计学差异；Pearson 相关性分析发现，观察组患者血清 PCT 与 Galectin-3呈现显著正相关，同时 PCT 与 MMP-9呈现显著正相关。结论：心力衰竭伴肺部感染患者血清 PCT、Galectin-3及 MMP-9水平随着病情严重程度而升高，其中 PCT 与 Galectin-3、MMP-9呈现正相关关系，临床上可为心力衰竭伴肺部感染患者诊断和治疗提供参考。

The Changes and clinical significance of serum PCT,Galectin-3 and MMP-9 in patients with heart failure and pulmonary infection

Objective To investigate the Changes and clinical significance of serum PCT, Galectin-3 and MMP-9 in pa-tients with heart failure and pulmonary infection. Methods 81 cases of heart failure patients in our hospital from 2013 to 2014 were analyzed, 39 patients with heart failure and pulmonary infection were selected as observation group, 42 cases of heart failure patients were enrolled as control group. Results Serum PCT, Galectin-3 and MMP-9 levels in observation group were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant; PCT, Galectin-3 and MMP-9 levels in the observation group were also increased with the increase of NYHA grade, the difference was statistically significant between the groups; ByPearson correlation analysis, we found that Galectin-3 and PCT showed significantly positive correlation, while PCT and MMP-9 showed significant positive correlationin the observation group. Conclusions Serum PCT, galectin-3 and MMP-9 levels increased with the severity of the disease in patients with heart failure and pulmonary infection, PCT presented positive correlation with galectin-3, MMP-9, it can provide clinical reference for the diagnosis and treatment for heart failure with pul-monary infection.
