冠心病患血清 apoM 水平变化及与冠脉病变程度的关系研究

目的：探讨冠心病患者血清载脂蛋白 M（apoM）的水平变化及与冠脉病变严重程度的关系。方法：选取经冠脉造影检查诊断的97例冠心病患者作为研究对象，其中稳定性心绞痛患者53例（SAP 组）、急性冠脉综合征患者44例（ACS 组），同期体检健康患者50例作为健康组，检测三组血清 apoM 水平，并分析其与冠脉病变严重程度关系。结果：SAP 组、ACS 组的血清 apoM 水平显著的低于健康组的，SAP 组的血清 apoM 水平显著的低于 ACS 组；冠心病患者的不同冠脉病变程度患者的血清 apoM 水平比较：三支病变组<双支病变组<单子病变组和健康组；重度狭窄组<中度狭窄组<轻度狭窄组和健康组。冠心病患者血清 apoM 水平与 HDL-C、apoA1呈显著的正相关关系，与 LDL-C、FFA、Lp 呈显著的负相关关系。结论：冠心病患者血清 apoM 的水平较健康人群显著的降低，并且与冠心病患者的冠脉病变程度具有一定的关系。

Changes of serum apoM level in patients with coronary heart disease and its relationship with the degree of coronary artery disease

Objective To investigate the changes of serum apolipoprotein M (apoM) levels in patients with coronary heart disease and their relationship with the severity of coronary artery disease. Methods Select by coronary angiography in the di-agnosis of 97 cases of coronary heart disease patients for the study, in which 53 patients with stable angina (SAP group), 44 pa-tients (ACS group), acute coronary syndrome, patients with the same period 50 cases of physical health as healthy group, detect-ed three groups of serum apoM levels and analyze the relationship between the severity of coronary artery disease.
