持续性血液透析病人患焦虑抑郁干预前后的对比研究

目的：探讨持续血液透析病人焦虑、抑郁的发生情况，并对其实施心理治疗干预，探讨心理干预的效果。方法：应用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）和抑郁量表（HRSD）及自行设计的基本情况调查表，对我院94位进行持续性血液透析病人进行调查，并开展心理干预治疗。结果：干预前焦虑发生率为94.7%，严重焦虑病人占39.4%，干预24周时严重焦虑发生率下降到1.1%；4个时间点患者焦虑的发生状况差别有统计学意义。干预前患者抑郁发生率为100%，严重抑郁病人占63.8%，干预后24周时严重抑郁发生率下降到5.3%，4个时间点患者抑郁的发生状况差别有统计学意义；结论：持续血液透析病人易产生焦虑、抑郁，透析期间医护人员对其心理治疗干预能有效的改善患者的心理障碍。

A Comparative Study Before and After Intervened Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients Who Suffering from Anxiety and Depression

Objective To analyze the anxiety, depression occurrence of maintenance hemodialysis patients, take psycho-therapeutic intervention for hemodialysis patients, and explore the effects of psychological intervention. Methods Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA), Depression Scale(HRSD)and self-designed basic questionnaire were used to investigate 94 continuous hemodialysis patients in Qiannan People’s Hospital, and carry out psychological intervention. Results Before the intervention, the incidence of anxiety was 94.7%, patients with severe anxiety accounted for 39.4%, and severe anxiety incidence dropped to 1.1% after 24 weeks intervention. The anxiety occurrence of four time points was statistically significant. Before the interven-tion, the incidence of depression was 100%, patients with severe depression accounted for 63.8%, and severe depression inci-dence dropped to 5.3% after 24 weeks intervention. The depression occurrence of four time points was statistically significant. Conclusion Maintenance hemodialysis are prone to anxiety, depression. Carrying out psychological intervention during the dialysis can effectively improve the patient’s mental disorder.
