尼莫地平治疗高血压性脑出血的临床应用

目的：评价尼莫地平治疗对高血压性脑出血的临床应用价值。方法：选取我院2013年1月～2014年2月收治的800例高血压性脑出血患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各400例，观察组口服尼莫地平治疗，对照组仅进行常规传统治疗，在治疗前及后3天，后一周及一月对患者神经功能缺损进行评分和比较，同时记录治疗过程中出现的不良反应，在治疗一月后对其疗效进行评价。结果：两组治疗后患者神经功能缺损评分较治疗前低；观察组总有效率79.0％相比对照组总有效率62.5％较高。观察组不良反应发生率35.0％，对照组不良反应发生率66.25％，两组具有明显差异；两组患者颅脑 ct 入院后的第4天，第10天，第14天脑水肿及脑血肿量变化均具有显著变化，且变化有明显差异。结论：对高血压性脑出血患者进行常规联合尼莫地平治疗的可行性及安全性均较高，无严重不良反应，值得临床上进一步推广应用。

Clinical application of nimodipine in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To evaluate the effects of nimodipine in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in the clinical value. Methods in our hospital from 2013 January -2014 year in February were treated 800 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each 400 cases, observation group were treated with nimodipine treatment, the control group only conventional treatment, before treatment and after 3 days, a week after the neurological and January function defect score and compared, and the adverse effects were recorded during the treat-ment, to evaluate its efficacy in the treatment of January. Results the two groups after treatment of neural function defect score were lower than before treatment, the total efficiency of 79%; the observation group compared with the control group, the total efficiency 62.5% higher. The incidence of adverse reactions in 35%, the control group adverse reaction rate was 66.25%, with significant difference between the two groups; fourth days, two groups of patients with brain CT after admission for tenth days, changes of brain edema and hematoma volume fourteenth days had significant changes, and changes have significant difference. Conclusion for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage of the feasibility and safety of combined nimodipine treatment were higher, no serious adverse reactions, it is worthy of popularization and application.
