腹腔镜直肠癌根治术对患者胃肠功能及疼痛状态相关血清指标的表达影响

目的：研究腹腔镜直肠癌根治术对患者胃肠功能及疼痛状态相关血清指标的表达影响。方法：选取2011年6月～2015年5月于本院进行根治术治疗的62例直肠癌患者为研究对象，将62例手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组的31例患者以开放式手术进行治疗，观察组的31例患者则以腹腔镜手术进行治疗，然后将两组患者术前及术后不同时间的肛肠动力学指标、胃肠激素及疼痛状态相关血清指标进行比较。结果：术前两组患者的肛肠动力学指标、胃肠激素及疼痛状态相关血清指标均无显著性差异，而术后1d、7d 及14d 观察组的胃肠激素及疼痛指标均好于对照组，而术后2周、4周及8周观察组的肛肠动力学指标也好于对照组，均有显著性差异。结论：腹腔镜直肠癌根治术对患者胃肠功能的不良影响及疼痛状态控制效果相对更好，因此更为适用于直肠癌手术治疗的患者。

Influence of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer for the gastrointestinal function and expression of pain state related serum indexes of patients

Objective To study the influence of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer for the gastrointestinal func-tion and expression of pain state related serum indexes of patients. Methods 62 patients with radical resection in our hospital from June 2011 to May 2015 were selected as the study object, and 62 surgical patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 31 patients in control group were treated with open operation, 31 patients in observation group were treated with laparoscopic operation, then the anorectal dynamics indexes, gastrointestinal hormones and pain state related serum indexes of two groups before the operation and at different time after the operation were compared. Results The anorectal dynamics indexes, gastrointestinal hormones and pain state related serum indexes of two groups before the operation all had no significant differences, while the gastrointestinal hormones and pain indexes of observation group at 1st, 7th and 14th day after the operation were all better than those of control group, the anorectal dynamics indexes at4th, 8th and 24th week after the operation were all better than those of control group, the differences were all significant. Conclusion The laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer plays better control role for the bad influence for the gastrointestinal function and expression of pain state, so the operation method is more suitable to the patients with rectal cancer.
