缬沙坦联合肾炎康复片治疗肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的疗效观察

目的：探讨缬沙坦联合肾炎康复片治疗肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的临床效果。方法：选取2012年8月2014年12月来我院肾内科就诊的116例肾小球肾炎患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组58例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上服用缬沙坦，观察组在对照组的基础上再加服用肾炎康复片，疗程均为3个月。比较两组治疗前后24h 尿蛋白量、日平均血压（收缩压）和血肌酐水平；比较两组治疗有效率。结果：两组治疗后24h 尿蛋白量、日平均血压、血脂和血肌酐均有所改善，但观察组改善效果优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义。结论：缬沙坦联合肾炎康复片能减轻肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者症状，且比单用缬沙坦效果较好，此联合方案值得推广。

Observation on the effect of valsartan combined with nephritis rehabilitation tablets on the treatment of proteinuria in glomerulonephritis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of valsartan combined with nephritis rehabilitation tablets in the treatment of proteinuria in patients with glomerulonephritis. Methods 116 cases of patients with renal were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 58 cases in each group were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with cases treated by -August2012 to December 2014. On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group was treated with valsartan, and the observation group was treated with nephritis rehabilitation tablets on the basis of the control group. The treatment course was 3 months. The 24h urinary protein quantity, daily average blood pressure (systolic blood pres-sure), and serum creatinine level were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, compared with two groups of treatment efficiency. Results after treatment, two groups of 24h urine protein, daily blood pressure, blood lipids and serum cre-atinine were improved, but the observation group improved better than the control group, the difference was statistically signifi-cant. Conclusion Valsartan combined with nephritis rehabilitation tablets can reduce the symptoms of proteinuria in patients with glomerulonephritis, and the effect is better than that of the single valsartan.
