关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠配合肌力训练对膝关节骨性关节炎患者关节功能的影响观察

目的：探讨关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠配合肌力训练对膝关节骨性关节炎患者关节功能的影响。方法：将86例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组，每组43例。对照组采用常规玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗，研究组在常规对症治疗基础上，给予自行肌力训练和等速肌力训练治疗。对比两组患者临床症状改善情况VAS疼痛评分、Lysholm膝关节评分、等速肌力训练测试的变化。结果：研究组总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有显著性意义；治疗后研究组VAS疼痛评分显著低于对照组，Lysholm膝关节功能评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义；治疗前后两组患者等速肌力训练测试比较，两组均较治疗前明显改善；组间差异均具有统计学意义。结论：注射玻璃酸钠联合肌力训练能更加有效的提升治愈率，恢复膝关节功能，改善患者临床症状，治疗效果显著优于传统玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗。

Effect of intra articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with muscle strength training on joint function of patients with knee osteoarthritis

Objective To investigate the effect of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with muscle strength training on joint function of patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods 86 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly di-vided into two groups, 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection, the study group was given the treatment of self muscle strength training and the treatment of muscle strength training on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment. Compared the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms improve the situation of VAS pain score, Lysholm knee score, the change of the strength training test. Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (95.34%vs 74.42%). There was a significant difference . After treatment, the VAS pain score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group , and the Lysholm knee function score was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant . Before and after treatment, two groups of patients were compared, the two groups were significantly better than before treatment . The difference between the groups was statistically significant . Conclusion Injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with strength training can more effectively enhance the cure rate, recovery of knee joint function, improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, treatment is more effective than the tra-ditional glass sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection in the treatment of.
