慢性肾脏病患者外周血 FGF-23水平与钙磷代谢的相关性分析

目的：研究慢性肾脏病（CKD）患者外周血 FGF-23水平与钙磷代谢的相关性。方法：对2014年2月～2015年3月于我院接受治疗的68例 CKD 患者以及20健康人士进行空腹抽取静脉血，并采用 ELISA 法检测FGF-23、全自动生化分析仪检测血清中血钙、血磷及碱性磷酸酶（ALP）的含量。结果：CKD 患者外周血 FGF-23水平与血清中血钙呈现负相关，与血磷及碱性磷酸酶（ALP）呈现正相关。结论：慢性肾脏病患者外周血 FGF-23水平与钙磷代谢有一定的相关性。

Correlation of serum FGF-23 levels with calcium and phosphorus metabolism in patients with chronic kidney disease

Objective To study the relationship between serum FGF-23 levels and calcium and phosphorus metabolism in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD). Methods 68 patients in our hospital accepted treatment of with CKD patients From February 2014 to 2015 March and 20 healthy people were fasting venous blood was sampled, and the use of FGF-23 was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), full automatic biochemical analyzer was used to measure the se-rum calcium, phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)content. Results Serum FGF-23 levels patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)is negative correlation serum calcium, serum phosphorus is a positive correlation with alkaline phosphatase(ALP). Conclusion the level of FGF-23 in peripheral blood of patients with chronic kidney disease is related to calcium and phospho-rus metabolism.
