综合治疗膝骨关节炎216例的临床分析

目的：探析应用关节镜清理术和关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠，辅以个体化中医药对症治疗膝关节炎的临床疗效。方法：膝关节骨性关节炎患者216例，随机分为对照组和治疗组；对照组患者仅实施关节镜下关节清理术，治疗组在关节镜下关节清理术后给予关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠，并辅以个体化对症中医药治疗；对比两组患者治疗前及治疗后1周、6周、12周的 lequence 等各项评分及临床疗效。结果：治疗后1周、6周、12周，两组患者的Lequence 等各项评分均显著低于本组前一时间点，治疗组治疗后各项评分显著低于对照组同期，在疗效比较上，在12周后临床优良率、有效率显著高于对照组。结论：关节镜下清理手术联合腔内注射玻璃酸钠并辅以中医药综合治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效明显，能有效改善患者各项症状，值得临床应用推广。

The clinical analysis it the comprehensive treatment of 216 knee osteoarthritis cases

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of arthroscopic debridement combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate and TCM therapy in the threapy of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 216 cases with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group . The control group received arthroscopic debridement while the treatment group received intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate after arthroscopic derbridement, and support with indi-vidualized TCM treatment; Lequence score、Lysholm score and clinic effects were compared between the two groups before the treatment and after 1-week、6-week、12-week. Results Lequence score and the other symptom scores after the treatment were lower than those before the treatment with significant difference in the two groups. After the treatment the various score of the treatment group was lower than those of the control group with significant difference. After 12-week treatment, the fine rate、ef-fective rate of the treatment group was better than those of the control group. Conclusion It is effectively improve the symptoms of patients that intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate after arthroscopic derbridement, and support with individualized TCM therapy for knee osteoarthritis, Clinical application is worth to popularize.
