氧化应激指标在白内障患者体液中的改变及与年龄的关系

目的：探讨白内障患者血清及房水中氧化应激指标的改变及与年龄的相关性。方法：纳入2012年1月~2014年1月我院收治的白内障患者，列为观察组。另纳入健康体检者并列为对照组。结果：共纳入观察组42例，对照组15例。观察组血清SOD水平显著低于对照组；观察组血清MDA水平显著高于对照组。观察组房水SOD水平显著低于对照组；观察组房水MDA水平显著高于对照组。Pearson相关性分析显示，观察组患者年龄与血清SOD及房水SOD呈现显著性负相关；观察组年龄与血清MDA及房水MDA呈现显著正相关。结论：白内障患者血清及房水中氧化应激指标升高且与年龄呈现相关性。

Observation on the change of oxidative stress indicators in aqueous humor and serum of patients with cataract

Objective Our study was aimed toanalyze the change of oxidative stress indicators in aqueous humor and serum of patients with cataract. Methods Clinical data of patients with cataractreceived treatment at our hospitalfrom 2012 to 2014 was analyzed as Group A. Healthy controls were enrolled as Group B. Results A total of 57 patients were analyzed, Group A 42 cases,Group B 15 cases. Group A patients had higher levels of serum MDA and aqueous humor MDA than these of Group B. Group A patients had lower levels of serum SOD and aqueous humor SOD than these of Group B. Correlation analysis showed that, for Group A patients, the levels of serum SOD and aqueous humor SOD had significant negative correlation with age. Cor-relation analysis showed that, for Group A patients, the levels of serum MDA and aqueous humor MDA had significant positive correlation with age. Conclusion The levels of oxidative stress indicators in aqueous humor and serum of patients with cataract are different from normal population, and the levels are related to the age.
